Part I: Guest & Health Seeker Rules & Regulations
MSG Naturopathy – Hospital & Wellness is committed to providing holistic, ethical, and disciplined healthcare. All guests and health seekers are requested to read and adhere strictly to the following rules and regulations:
1. General Conduct & Campus Discipline
* Campus Sanctity: Maintain the dignity, discipline, purity, and peaceful atmosphere of the premises at all times. Treat staff members and fellow guests with mutual respect and courtesy. * Noise Regulations: Loud talking, singing, playing musical instruments, or playing media on mobile devices at high volume is strictly prohibited across the facility. * Night Curfew: Guests are not permitted to exit their rooms after 10:00 PM. * Cleanliness & Facility Upkeep: Maintain high standards of hygiene inside rooms and shared spaces. Drying wet clothes on windows, balconies, or doors is prohibited. Conserve water and electricity.
- Property Damage: Any damage caused to hospital property, fixtures, or room inventory will be billed directly to the guest.
2. Prohibited Substances & Items
* Strict Substance Ban: The possession or consumption of tobacco, cigarettes/bidis, pan masala, khaini, gutkha, alcohol, or any intoxicating/harmful substance is completely banned on campus premises.
- Valuables in Therapy Rooms: Carrying valuable personal items—including mobile phones, jewelry, and cash—into therapy/treatment suites is strictly forbidden.
3. Children & Visitor Policies
* Children Policy: Health seekers are not permitted to bring children. Guests arriving with children will not be admitted. Children above 10 years of age are accepted only if they are officially registered as health seekers for treatment.
- Visitor Hours: Friends and relatives are permitted to visit exclusively on Saturdays between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM.
4. Daily Schedule, Therapies & Wellness Programs
* Mandatory Sessions: Attendance at daily morning and evening prayer, meditation, yoga, and health awareness lectures is compulsory. * Guests failing to attend morning/evening yoga or group counseling sessions at Yoga Bhavan will incur an absence charge of ₹500 per missed session. * Dietary Therapy Seminar: Held every Tuesday from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM in the Yoga Hall. * Therapeutic Meal & Drink Timings: * Khichdi / Rice water / Lentil water: 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM * Decoction (Kadha): 05:00 AM – 06:00 PM and 08:00 AM – 08:30 PM * Shankh Prakshalana Protocol: Following morning Shankh Prakshalana, it is mandatory to consume khichdi with ghee and observe complete bed rest until 02:00 PM. * Laboratory Tests: Health seekers advised for specific fasting blood investigations must report to the lab at 08:00 AM on an empty stomach.
- Doctors' Rounds: Patients must be present inside their allocated rooms/beds during official doctors' rounds.
5. Admission, Check-In & Check-Out Guidelines
* Arrival Schedule: Guests must arrive on their confirmed date between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM. Arriving prior to the scheduled date of registration is not allowed. * Orientation Day: The arrival day is designated for physical adaptation and medical evaluation; it is not counted as an active treatment day. * Late Check-In: Guests arriving after 06:00 PM will undergo physician consultation the following morning at 09:00 AM, and therapies will commence after 11:00 AM. * Admission Eligibility: Admission is finalized only upon assessment and approval by the Chief Medical Officer. Unplanned walk-ins are subject to room availability and CMO authorization. * Discharge & Check-Out Time: Standard discharge is scheduled for 01:00 PM on the 8th day. Notice of checkout must be submitted to the nursing station at least one day in advance. Vacating the room after 01:00 PM will result in an additional full day's room fee. * Additional Charges: * OPD Consultation: ₹300 per person (consultation only). * Winter Room Heater: ₹50 per day.
- Extended stay for attendant/driver accommodation is subject to administrative facility rates.
6. Safety & Personal Possessions
* Guests are responsible for safeguarding all personal items, cash, and electronic devices. MSG Naturopathy – Hospital & Wellness assumes no liability for loss or theft.
- Report any medical event or urgent issue immediately to the Emergency Ward.
Part II: Patients' Rights & Responsibilities — Patient Rights
* Right to Dignity and Privacy: To receive dignified, respectful, and considerate care regardless of background, with complete physical privacy maintained during examinations and treatments. * Right to Protection: Protection from all forms of physical, verbal, or psychological abuse, harassment, neglect, or unnecessary restraints. * Right to Information & Identity: To know the names and professional designations of treating doctors/therapists, and to receive clinical details about diagnoses and plans in an easily understood language. * Right to Informed Consent: To understand potential benefits, risks, and clinical alternatives prior to the administration of any treatment or therapy. * Right to Participation & Second Opinion: To actively participate in care decisions and seek an external second opinion if desired. * Right to Refuse Care: To decline proposed treatments or leave against medical advice (LAMA) after understanding clinical outcomes. * Right to Confidentiality: Complete data security and privacy of all clinical records, disclosures, and personal information. * Right to Cost Estimates: Transparent information regarding projected room charges, consultation fees, and procedural costs upon registration. * Right to Access Records: Access to medical case notes and copies of clinical documentation in line with hospital policy.
- Right to Redressal: Transparent access to grievance redressal channels to address feedback or concerns without fear of compromised care.
Patient Responsibilities
* Accurate Disclosure: Provide comprehensive, truthful details regarding medical history, allergies, past hospitalizations, and current prescriptions. * Adherence to Treatment: Follow prescribed naturopathic treatments, exercise schedules, and dietary restrictions faithfully. * Institutional Respect: Uphold facility rules, respect treating teams and fellow patients, and support an environment conducive to recovery. * Punctuality: Attend consultations, therapy blocks, and scheduled classes on time. * Prompt Health Updates: Report any adverse reaction, discomfort, or sudden physical change immediately to nursing or medical personnel.
- Financial Settlement: Fulfill all financial liabilities and account balances promptly as agreed upon admission.
